Today I will be cooking with “eathempeh” tempeh! Super simple and easy to make, plus it’s a vegan source of a complete protein which is easily digested by the body 👊🏼😎 ENJOY ❤️

The pan I used to cook is from “gotham steel”! It’s an 11-inch non stick pan with a lid. This was my first time cooking with it and I really like the quality of their pans! Easy to clean, and strong and durable.

VEGGIE TEMPEH STIR FRY W/ BULGUR
— Ingredients
✖️ @eathempeh Tempeh protein salt and black pepper steak
✖️1/2 red onion
✖️2 cloves garlic
✖️1 small zucchini
✖️1 celery
✖️Corn
✖️1/2 cup bulgur
-Sauce:
✖️3 tbs apple cider vinegar
✖️1 tbs balsamic vinegar
✖️1 tsp Italian seasoning
✖️1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
—Directions:
1. Prepare veggies and sauce
2. On a heated pan, sauté Onion, tempeh, and garlic (2-3 min)
3. Add in and sauté Celery, zucchini, corn, sauce (8-10 min). Place cover on top.
4. Serve with a grain of whatever you want! (Tortilla, Rice, bulgur, quinoa, etc)
