INGREDIENTS
1- Paneer, mushroom and some Fusili
A- Sauce
– ½ paneer
– ¼ of tomato sauce
– 4 medium mushrooms
– ¼ cup of cherry tomatoes
– 1 tbsp of curry
– 1 tbsp of paprika
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ teaspoon of black pepper
– Coriander (as much as you wish)
– 3 cups of green pees
– 1 tbsp of Mrs Dash
B- Fusilli or macaroni or pasta (2 cups)
2- Grilled chicken breast and sweet potato
A- 3 chicken breast
– 1 tbsp of curry
– 1 tbsp of paprika
– 1 tbsp raw honey
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ teaspoon of black pepper
– Coriander (as much as you wish)
– 1 tbsp of Mrs Dash
B- 2 Sweet potato
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp of curry
– 1 tbsp of paprika
– 1 tbsp yeast (non active)
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ teaspoon of black pepper
– 1 tbsp of Mrs Dash
C- Sauté vegetables
3- Grilled tofu with quinoa
A- ½ of firm tofu
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp of Mrs Dash
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ teaspoon of black pepper
B- 2 cups of quinoa
