Avocados are the newest rage in India – but we found a way to mix them with mangoes for a healthy smoothie bowl!

It’s mango season and we’re celebrating with one mango recipe every day of the month. Today, it’s a Mango and Avocado Smoothie Bowl.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and cut into chunks
1 banana
1 cup Real California plain yogurt, plus more, for garnish
3/4 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS
Add mango, avocado, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between 2 bowls.
Top each bowl with raspberries, chia seeds, blueberries, and coconut flakes and drizzle with a bit more yogurt.
