Healthy Hummus Recipe That’s Better Tasting Than Store-Bought..easily you can make at home..
HOW TO MAKE HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS:
Chickpeas – 1 Cup
Tahini – 2 or 3 Tbsp
Olive oil – 1-2 Tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
Salt – as per taste (1/2 Tsp)
Cumin or jeera – 1 Tsp
PREPARATION :
1. Soak chickpeas for 6 hrs and boiled them in pressure cooker.
2. Strain boiled chickpeas and collect water for later use if any
3. Add boiled chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, cumin, along with strained water from step 2 or water to blender till smooth for 1-2 min
4. Healthy hummus is ready to eat.
