Today’s recipe is Meethi Imli ki Chutney (Sweet Tamarind Chutney) with surprisingly low calorie easy and quick recipe.We had not added any processed sweetener because it’s not good for our health. So we used Jaggery and Stevia.
Stavia is a plant based sweetener and 2 times sweet as sugar. It has ZERO calories because it is not processed and tastes even better than processed sugar. Jaggery / Gurr is an unprocessed sugar cane sweetener and it’s also great in taste. It has many health benefits if taken in a limited amount.
As health is our first concern and we don’t want anyone to compromise taste over health so we are here to share our low calorie recipes and we hope that you would like trying our recipes. So eat healthy and stay healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
Imli ki Chutney /Sweet TamarindChutney :
– ½ tbsp Oil
– ½ tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds)
– 20 gm or 1 inch piece Gurr (Jaggery)
– 1½ tbsp Stevia
– 1 cup Water
– 50 g soaked Imli (Tamarind pulp)
– ¼ tsp Kala namak (RockSalt)
– ¼ tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)
– ¼ tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
– ½ tsp Salt
– ¼ tsp Dardari lal mirch (Red chili flakes)
– 1 tbsp Charmagaz (Melon seeds)
NOTE: Herbs and spices are used to add flavor to foods and they are extremely low in calories.
