100g whole-wheat pasta
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 chopped garlic clove
1 red color chopped bell pepper
1 medium size onion
1 tsp. mixed herb

50g boneless chicken (in cubes)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt

3 brown button mushroom
1 handful baby spinach
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. oyster sauce
