Welcome to another video on my channel! I show you my morning skin care routine and also a bit of how Marbella, Spain looks like 🙂 Plus what I eat in a day! Hope you like it and got some new inspiration 💚

Chickpea Chana Masala, 4 servings (recipe from my app, link down below)
– 1 cup dry rice (I used basmati)
– 1 yellow onion
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 serrano chili (I didn’t have this today)
– 1 tbsp ginger, minced
– 1 tbsp Garam Masala spice
– 1 tsp cumin, ground
– 1 tsp turmeric, ground
– 1 tsp coriander, ground
– 1 tsp salt
– 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed
– 800g crushed tomatoes
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
STEPS
1. Chop the onion, serrano chili, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger
2. In a deeper pan or pot, first sauté the onion in oil or water until translucent, then add the garlic, ginger, chili, spices and sauté for another minute
3. Now add the drained chickpeas, crushed tomatoes and water. Bring to a simmer and let simmer for about 20 minutes while preparing the rice
4. Cook the rice according to the package instructions
5. When the rice is done, stir in the lemon juice to the chana masala and serve with the rice!
6. Top with fresh coriander and maybe a dollop of vegan yogurt, enjoy!
