Smoothie recipes! One high protein / calorie smoothie for building muscle, and another high protein low calorie healthy smoothie for losing fat (It’ll fill you up!) I make smoothies regularly, as they are quick, healthy, cheap and convenient – I can have them on-the-go or meal prepped etc.
When you are losing fat you need high protein to preserve muscle which is why I emphasize using protein powder etc.
