Beef & Broccoli ingredients:
* 1 pound flank steak sliced into 1/4 inch thick strips
* 3 cups small broccoli florets
* 1/2 cup beef stock
* 1 teaspoon of garlic minced
* 2 tablespoons corn starch
* 1 tablespoon canola oil
For the sauce:
* 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 teaspoons corn starch
Steak and Shrimp Loaded Potatoes:
*Thinly sliced steak
*1 bag of shrimp
*Russets potatoes (can use microwaveable)
*Melted cheese
*1 bag of frozen broccoli
*Sour cream
*Bacon bits
*Shredded cheddar cheese
Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells:
*Chopped chicken (fresh or frozen fully cooked)
*1/2 cup of spinach
*1 large jar of Alfredo sauce
*1 cup of half & half (use in moderation)
*Shredded mozzarella cheese
*1 box of jumbo shells
