Is homemade bread with bananas, apricots and walnuts better than store bought bread? Here is my answer!

Ingredients 0:20
3-4 ripe bananas
2 eggs
115 g (4 oz) brown sugar
115 g (4 oz) unsalted butter
250 g (8.8 oz) plain flour
1 teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of baking powder
120 ml (4.2 fl oz ) sour cream
100 g ( 3.5 oz ) chocolate chips
100 g ( 3.5 oz ) chopped roasted walnuts
100 g ( 3.5 oz ) dried apricots

Ingredients for decoration 3:15
100 g ( 3.5 oz ) dark chocolate
60 g ( 2 oz ) unsalted butter
100 g ( 3.5 oz ) dried apricots
50 g ( 1.75 oz ) dried bananas

Method
Prepare your tin by greasing it with olive oil and dust it with flour.
Mash the bananas. Beat the eggs. Cream together butter and sugar then stir in eggs,
bananas and sour cream.Slowly add all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder,
soda bicarbonate, walnuts, chocolate chips and apricots.
Mix well and place in the tin. Sprinkle walnuts and apricots on top.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
When ready let it cool down.
Finish the decor by adding dried bananas, chopped apricots and melted chocolate.
