You will need:-

Pennywort (Gottukola, Kodangal) – A Small Bunch
Salt (as needed)
Chilli 4-5 nos
Shredded Coconut – 1 handful
Shallots – 5-6 nos
Lemon / Lime juice (1/2 lemon/lime)
Olive oil – 2 tbsps
