Siridhanyalu vada or Millet vada is a tasty and healthy snack, perfect along with evening coffee or tea, this millet vada is made with Kodo millet. We can use any millet of your choice.This recipe is similar to regular vada which we usually prepared with urad dal. It is really tasty, don’t forget to try this yummy dish.

Millet vada/ kodo millet vada:
Ingredients:
Kodo millet-1 cup
Boiled potatoes-2
Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
Green chilies-3
Grated ginger-1 inch
Finely chopped coriander-1/4 cup
Crushed peanuts-1/4 cup
Salt to taste
