8 Oz Tomato Sauce
1 Tbs Tomato paste
1 Whole onion
2 Cloves Garlic Minced
1/4 Tsp , Salt , Pepper , Sugar , Curry Powder
2 Tbs Olive oil .

To a hot skillet add 2Tbs Olive oil , Onions and minced garlic , sauté for 5mins …

Add Tbs 1 Tomato paste , cook covered for 3 mins

Add Tomato sauce plus 2 cups water , cook covered for 10 mins

In 1/2 cup water , add 1/4 Tsp Royco or Cornstarch , mix together and add to Soup . This helps soup thicken up .. If you like light soup you can skip this step.
