Baingan Ka bharta is most famous recipes in Gujrat and memons. It also famous in Indian people. it’s vegan recipe so vegans out there this is a perfect recipe for you and if you’re losing weight you can easily make this at home with less ingredients.

Ingredients
3 large egg plant (bringle)
4 cubed Tomatoes
4 large green onions
1 tbsp salt
1tsp red mirchi powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp zeera
1tsp garam masala
Half Tsp haldi
2tbsp dahi (yogurt)

Method

Roast eggplant untill tender inside. Once tender cool down and removes it’s skin and smash it to make paste type consistency

In a pan heat some olive oil add tomatoes saute them .once slightly tender add green onions and all the spices cook for 1 minute then add 1 cup water cook on medium flame after 5 to 7 minutes add eggplant paste mix them all and cover and cook for about 15 mins

After 15 mins remove the lid and add 2 Tsp yogurt and mix them all and then cover and cook for about 5 mins
