Ingredients you need to make Protein Laddu & Bajre ke Laddu:

● Urad dal – ¾ cup
● Brown Sugar – ¼ cup
● Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp
● Ghee – 2 to 3 tbsp
● Groundnut – ¼ cup
● Sesame seeds – 1 to 2 tbsp
● Finger millet flour or Ragi flour – 1 cup
● Pinch of salt
● Cardamom -¼ tsp
● Water – ½ cup
● Oil – 1 tbsp
● Jaggery – ¼ cup

Making process of protein ladoo – immunity boosting snacks recipes in India:

● Take urad dal – 3/4 cup
● Then roast until golden brown
● Then grind urad dal into fine powder
● Add brown sugar 1/4 cup
● Add desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
● Grind all the ingredients
● Then add ghee 2 to 3 tbsp

Making process of chimli laddu

● Take groundnut ¼ cup
● Then roast until golden brown
● Then take sesame seeds 1 to 2 tbsp and roast them
● Take aside
● Now take finger millet flour or Ragi flour – 1 cup
● Add pinch of salt
● Add cardamom -¼ tsp
● Mix well
● Add water ½ cup
● Make a dough
● Then take oil 1 tbsp
● Then add dough
● Flatten the dough
● Cook from both side of dough
● Let it cool
● Then break into pieces
● Grind into semi fine powder
● Grind roasted groundnut and jaggery ¼ cup
● Add roasted groundnut and jaggery mixture
● Then add roasted sesame seeds 1 to 2 tbsp
● Then add ghee 2 to 3 tbsp
● Make into balls
