Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli paper 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 /2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1 & 1/2 cup
Pressure cook it for 10- 15 minutes
Cook at high flame
Oil 1/2 cup
Crushed Cumin 1/2 tsp
Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Ginger 2” Julien
Green chill 1
Sliced green chili 1
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1-2 tbsp
Cover it and cook for 2 min and serve
