Coriander chutney / Coriander chutney for dosa / Coriander chutney with tomato
Ingredients used :
Tomato 1 blanched
Garlic 4 cloves
Green chilli 4 to 5 small, you can add more if you like spicy food.
Coriander 250 gm
Salt as per the taste.
Mix all the ingredients into a mixer jar and grind. That’s it. So easy so fast.
The yummy super healthy chutney is ready
This chutney is super healthy as it prepared with all the raw ingredientswhich is good for our skin and body. Coriander purifies the blood, tomatoes are good for skin, garlic is a natural blood thinner so it is good for heart patients.
You can eat it any day any time along with breakfast dosa or sandwich, during the lunch time with sabji roti or with the rice or in the dinner as well.
