Today I m sharing very simple and fast way to make Healthy veggies sandwich recipe.
The sandwich made of few ingredients only which is available at home and anyone can make anytime.
And I m sharing the link of coriander chutney and Hummus recipes as well that you can make it easily at home.
Ingredients Required for the Sandwich
Recipe for 4 people
1. 8 Bread slices
2. 1/2 bowl sweet corn
3. 1/2 chopped capsicum
4. 1/2 chopped tomatoes
5. 1 bowl chopped or grated any kind of cheese
6. 1 tbsp coriander chutney
7. 1 bowl Hummus
8. Need some butter like 100 gm
This is very quick and easy recipe. Use grill pan or toaster.
