1/2 Head Cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
To assemble Salad
Baked BBQ Cauliflower florets
1 medium Avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced)
1 Medium size Carrot, grated
1/4 cup Red onion, sliced
1/2 cup of Lettuce, chopped
1 cup of Mixed greens (kale, watercress, arugula, spinach of your choice)
2 to 4 tbsp of Yogurt dressing
Greek yogurt Dressing
1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt / Vegan greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Dried mixed herbs
1 tsp Lemon juice
A dash of Pepper
Salt as required
1/4 cup Milk or any plant based milk
