Healthy Low caloric Rice-Milk Pudding Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
2-3 cups of milk
1 cup of cashew
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of raisins
ground cinnamon
Instructions
1) Wash the rice to get rid of starch.
2) Cook the rice in instant pot or rice cooker for 10-15 min.
3) Add 2-3 cups of milk to the cooked rice then stir the mixture very well. you don’t need Rice to stick together.
4) Add cup of cashew
5) Add cup of raisins
6) Add cup of shredded coconut.
7) Mix well then cook the mixture on a medium heat for 5 minutes until it gets texture.
8) Add cinnamon on top
Serve it cold with a cup of coffee. Great delicious and healthy breakfast or snack.
