Ingredients:
– Bread: Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
– Eggs: pasture-raised eggs
– Cheese: sharp cheddar
– Avocado cooking spray
– Mustard

Steps:
– Toast your bread
– Spray a bowl
– Crack the egg and break up the yolk
– Microwave for about 2 mins
– Add cheese on top of egg and microwave for another 15-30 seconds
– Add mustard to your toast
– Add the egg and cheese to your toast
