Hi guys! In this video I would like to share with you one of my favourite recipe, cookie dough made out of chickpeas! It’s low in calories, filling, healthy and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

You can twist your recipe in so many different ways, and I will share them with you in my future videos! Red velvet? Chocolate melt in the middle? Peanut butter and jelly? You name it!

Okay, to the important part!

You’ll need:
-1 can of chickpeas
-2-3 Flavour drops, sugar free syrup *
-2-3 spoons of almond milk (you can substitute for milk of choice) **
-Pinch of salt
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1 spoon erythritol ***
-10 g dark chocolate

*I would recommend salted caramel sugar free syrup or MyProtein Butter Biscuit Flavour Drops)
**if you decide to use sugar free syrup, you might need less or no milk at all
**the amount of milk depends on how dry your chickpeas are
***I always recommend adjusting sweetener amount to your personal taste
