After such a meaty Eid, we are back with some light and easy Pastrami strips sandwiches that Anyone Can Cook.

Ingredients:
• Pastrami strips – as needed in a sandwich
• Egg – 1
• Salt – a pinch
• Black pepper – a pinch
• Bread slices – 2
• Mayonnaise – to spread over the toasts
• Sqlad leaves – 2
• Tomatoes – 4 slices
• Cheese – 1 slice
• Jalepenos (chopped) – a few
• Butter – to toast pastrami strips and bread slices
• Zuha cooking oil – for frying

Directions:

Step 1: Grease pan with butter and toast the pastrami strips.
Step 2: Fully fry an egg with a pinch of salt.
Step 3: Toast bread slices with butter applied on them.
Step 4: Assemble the sandwich. Take one toasted slice of bread, apply mayonnaise, place salad leaves, tomato slices, add a pinch of salt n pepper, the fried egg, pastrami strips, cheese slice and jalepenos. Now cover it with the top mayo applied toast.

Enjoy this healthy and cold sandwich in breakfast and serve it with tea.
