Cabbage is one of the nutritious foods. Cabbage fritters is very crispy and yummy snacks. Recipe of making cabbage onion pakora is so easy. You can try these snacks with the help of my video. Here I will show you, how you can make this pakora at home in step by step.
Procedure:
1. Cut cabbage in small size.
2. In a bowl, In sliced cabbage mix chopped onion, egg, chopped garlic, chopped green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, corn flour, chopped coriander leaves, white flour, rice flour together. Add little amount of water and make batter.
3. Then rest aside this batter for 30 minutes for properly marinate.
4. Heat oil in a skillet. Make small ball to the fritters and drop it to the hot oil by a spoon or hand. Then fry these balls in a medium flame. Fry until both sides are brown.
5. Remove extra oil by tissue paper, and serve Pakora with any ketchup.

3. 1 egg
4. 1 tbsb chopped garlic
5. 4-5 piece chopped green chili
6. ½ tsp turmeric powder
7. ½ tsp red chili powder
8. 1 tsp salt
9. 1 tsp corn flour
10. ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
11. ½ cup white flour
12. ¼ cup rice flour
13. 2 tsp water
14. Oil as much need to fry
