It’s a new chapter and my kid is starting Kindergarten. Sure there will be obstacles and adjustments to overcome, but I had to tackle this one first. Lunch! Here is one of my kid’s favorite things to eat..spicy tuna rice balls. I also think the lunch as a whole, is a great Bento Box lunch idea. I wish all of you parents, teachers and students luck and a successful school year!

3 cups cook medium to short grain rice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbls sugar
1 tsp sea salt
5 oz can of tuna
1 to 2 tbls mayo (or to your taste)
2 tsp gochujang
1 small carrot shredded
1 stalk of green onion chopped
**mix all together
**with wet clean hands or gloved hands
shape small to large rice balls
**garnish with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy
