It’s yum crisp taste creates and irresistible well on our taste buds. It’s a perfect snack recipe and a good side dish during occasions or any other curry with rice combination.
Vaazhai Poo Vadai
Ingredients;
To soak the chopped flower pieces:
1 glass butter milk + 1 glass water
Oil
Onion – 4
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
Curry leaves – 1 stalk
Green chillies – 3
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Dal (Soak 1/2 hr);
Toor Dal or Split gram lentil – 200 gm
Begal gram dal – 100 gm
Masalas to grind;
Dry red chillies – 3
Cardomom – 2
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 2 small pieces
Aniseed – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 5
Shredded Coconut – 1 cup
