Sweet Corn Cutlets
Corn Tikki Patties
Recipe of Corn Aloo cutlets –
Ingredients –
1 cup boiled,peeled and chopped potatoes
¾ cup sweet corn boiled
1 green chilli finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ to ¾ tsp garam masala or any spice powder
½ tsp ginger paste or crushed ginger
salt as needed
¼ tsp chaat masala (optional)
¼ cup poha powder or u can replace with bread crumbs
2 tbsp oil
Procedure –
Boil potatoes until just done.
Take boiled sweetcorn
Mash the potatoes well and add the rest of the ingredients except oil.
Knead well to bind the dough. If the dough becomes dry, knead with moist fingers. You can also mix it using masher.
I have used poha powder here instead of bread crumbs.
Make 10 -12 balls and flatten them or give ur desired shapes.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil and toast them on both sides until golden and crisp.
Serve hot sweet aloo cutlet with tomato ketchup !!!!
