Curd Sandwich is a delicious and easy vegetarian sandwich recipe made with hung curd or thick curd (दही), vegetable, bread slices and some spices. It is great as healthy breakfast (नाश्ता) especially if you are looking for weight loss recipes. Use brown bread or multigrain bread and very little oil to grill these sandwiches. I have added some mayonnaise but you can make these sandwiches without mayonnaise too. The sandwiches are low in calories as the filling is made with curd, vegetables and without cheese. They are great to pack in kids tiffin or lunch box too. Curd is also known as yogurt or दही in hindi. You can also use greek yogurt to make these sandwiches.
