Garlic pepper rice is a healthy instant lunch box recipe.
Ingredients:
Oil-1tbsp
Mustard-¼ tsp
Cumin seeds-½ tsp
Fennel seeds-¼ tsp
Chana dal-½ tsp
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Garlic cloves-20nos
Onion-1 small (finely chopped)
Tomato-⅓ (finely chopped)
Cumin powder-½ tsp
Red chilli powder-½ tsp
Turmeric powder-¼ tsp
Asafoetida-¼ tsp
Cooked rice-2 cups
Salt-as required
Pepper powder-½ tsp (adjust according to your taste)
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ghee-1 tsp
