While traveling in Switzerland I learned how to make the Healthiest Bread Ever from my dear friend Janine.

You can make it too, its not hard.

Here’s the recipe:

OATS (You can soak overnight) 150 Grams
BUCKWHEAT 50 – 100 Grams
SUNFLOWER Seeds* 80 Grams
LINSEED (FLAX SEEDS) 80 Grams
CHIA Seeds 2 Heaping Tablespoons
HAZELNUTS* 80 Grams
PSYLLIUM HUSK – 4 Tablespoons
HEMP Seeds*
SESAME Seeds*
SALT (to your liking – few pinches)
AGAVE* – 1 Tablespoon
OIL* – 3 Spoons
WATER – 400 ml

Other items needed:
Scale to measure ingredients
Large Bowl
Spoon
Bread Pan
Wax paper
Wet towel

Directions:
Mix it up to the right consistency until it holds.
If its too watery add oats or another type of grain/flour to densify.
Add coconut oil to parchment paper & place into pan.
Compress the batter into a pan and make sure it is level.
Wrap in a damp cloth and set aside for 2 hours.
Bake at 180 (356F) for 30 minutes on both sides
Let it cool down before cutting & enjoy.
