Ingredients:
1 Bread slice
1 Banana
1 Tbsp butter
5 Almonds
1 Walnut
Recipe:
Grind the dry fruits thoroughly and transfer to a bowl. Add the butter and mix it with the ground dry fruits Cut the banana into small slices. Apply the dry fruits-butter mixture on a slice of bread. Arrange the banana slices on top of the butter-dry fruits slice on the bread. Cut the bread slice from centre. Transfer one half of the slice over the other.

II: Apple-Dry fruits Sandwich Breakfast (282 Calories):
Ingredients:
1 Bread slice
1/2 Apple
1 Tbsp butter
5 Almonds
1 Walnut

Grind the dry fruits thoroughly and transfer to a bowl. Add the butter and mix it with the ground dry fruits. Cut the apple into small slices. Apply the dry fruits-butter mixture on a slice of bread. Arrange the apple slices on top of the butter-dry fruits slice on the bread. Cut the bread slice from centre. Transfer one half of the slice over the other.

2 Figs
