This weeks recipe is called “Use it, don’t lose it”

It’s a healthy option to anything you find in your fridge that needs using up. So I picked out vegetables, fruit ,dried fruit ,rice ,herbs and spices. Put them together and you have a delicious meal!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of Olive oil
1 tbsp of Soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp of Honey
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Ginger
1 tsp of Garlic
1 tsp of Mustard
Mangos slices
3-4 Peppers
3-4 Onion
(Handful of)
Feta cheese
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Apples
Boiled rice
Salt & Pepper to taste

PREP: 10 mins
COOKS: 15-20 mins
SERVES: 4-5 people
