INGREDIENTS :

-Brown bread slices 2
-Egg white 2
-Tomato 2 tbsp (chopped)
-Capsicum 2 tbsp (chopped
-Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
-Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
-Olive oil 2 tbsp
-Pink salt 1/4 tsp
-Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
-Corianer seeds 1-2 pinches
-Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
-Turmeric powder 1-2 pinches
-Carom Seeds 1-2 pinches

DIRECTION :

-Take a bowl and add egg white and add Capsicum, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, pink salt, black pepper, garam masala, turmeric powder, Cumin, Carom and coriander seeds in ti and wrisk it well.
Take a pan and add olive oil and spread it and fry on pan.
-Your low fat vegetable omelet is ready. Serve it with 2 brown bread slices and with sugar free tea.
