Mint leaves / Pudina – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Jeera / Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Roasted groundnut – 1 tbsp
Tamarind – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
