Healthy muffins Ideal for breakfasts and snacks these protein filled muffins will do the trick! Created with the DLA Dark & White Chocolate Chips!
Ingredients
* 2 large bananas
* 1 egg
* 4 tbsp honey
* 3 tbsp coconut oil melted+cooled
* 3/4 cup oat flour
* 1/2 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 350f and prepare a lined or greased muffin tin.
* Mash bananas until smooth. Stir in egg, honey, coconut oil and mix
* Add in all remaining dry ingredients until batter has formed.
* Pour batter into cups, filling 3/4 of the way. Bake muffins for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
