If you want to bake your own gluten free bread then this easy gluten free loaf recipe shows you how! Using basic ingredients, this is a no-knead bread recipe which you can whip up in the oven. Makes a gluten free white loaf which can be sliced for toasting, sandwiches, or frozen. It’s SO easy!

All you need to make these is….

400g FREEE gluten free white bread flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
300ml warm water (skin temperature)
2 tbsp caster sugar
14g dried yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp vegetable oil (such as rapeseed oil)
2 eggs
