ingredients & preparation

Spinach, mixed Bel peppers
Cucumber, carrots, onions
¾ th cup boiled chickpeas
Avocado, lemon & lettuce
Salad dressing
1 spoon mayonnaise
½ spoon chilli flakes
½ spoon pepper powder
2 spoons mustard oil
Mix it well
(By taking mustard oil will helps balance in cholesterol levels,improves hair growth and slower cancer cell growth)
Add boiled chickpeas, avocado
Lemon juice (by adding it avocado remains fresh and doesn’t turn brown)
Add veggies
Salt as per taste
Salad Dressing
Mix it well
Serve it
