BANANA WHEAT PANCAKE | HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPE | EGGLESS PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS

Banana – 2 
wheat flour – 1 cup
milk – ¾ cup
baking powder – 1 tsp
baking soda – ¼ tsp
vanilla essence – 1 tsp
sugar – 2 tbsp
pinch of salt
butter

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.Mash 2 bananas.
2.Add 2 tbsp sugar,2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well.
3.Sieve and add 1 cup wheat flour along with 1 tsp baking powder,¼ tsp baking soda and pinch of salt.Mix well.
4.Add milk little by little and mix well.I have used approx ¾ cup milk.
5.Mix well.The batter should not be too watery nor too thick.
6.Apply some butter on a pan and pour a ladle of batter.Cook them on low flame.
7.When one side is cooked, flip them and cook the other side.
8.Serve it with some chocolate syrup or honey.
