This time I share the healthy rolled oats apple bread recipe. As the title suggests, there are a lot of apples in this bread, so no flour, no eggs, no sugar, no butter. You really have to try it you won’t be sorry.
It’s a delicious bread for breakfast, very healthy and filling. It needs to be refrigerated that will last for a week (i just wrap it in aluminum foil but you can put it in a glass container).

For two psyllium eggs you will need:
2 tbsp psyllium seed
8 tbsp water
For the dough:
600 g fresh apples
300g Oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp honey
4 g salt
1 tsp cinnamon
juice of 1/2 lemon
