Jowar paniyaram is made with leftoverjowar dosa batter which is actually very healthy. Paniyaram Rec of jowar is made with less oil which is also healthy.
Here are the ingredients::
Coconut oil-1 tsp
Cumin-1 tsp
Pearl onion-3
Ginger- a small piece
Red chili flakes- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Salt
Jowar dosa batter-1 1/2 cup

Jowar Dosa batter::
Jowar flour-1 cup
Urad flour-1/2 cup
Yeast -1 tsp
Fermented for 6 hrs
