Hi guys,
Today I am going to share 2 delicious sweet potato salad recipes made of seasonal vegetables also under budget.
Sweet potatoes are beneficial for kids, youngsters, health enthusiasts, elder and pregnant ladies.
Sweet Potato helpful to support digestive track, the soluble fiber in sweet Potatoes helps to maintain gut health. Presence of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals aid to improves immune system, eye care, cholesterol lowering effects, maintain blood pressure etc. Itis good kidney and liver health also.
The two recipes I am sharing are-
1) Red sweet potato recipe made with beetroot, carrot and other vegetables
2) Green sweet Potato recipe made with amla / or Indian gooseberry chutney
Both the recipes are perfect breakfast or snack options.
PS: Though boiled sweet potato having low Glycemic Index (GI) but again for diabetes type II – it is important to consult your dietician or health care professionals before consume.
