Healthy Banana Cake Recipe Without Maida | Whole Wheat Banana Bread Without Sugar #shorts #youtubeshorts

Ingredients:
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
0.75 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup jaggery powder (can be replaced with powder sugar or brown sugar)
2 eggs (can be replaced with 3/4 cup curd)
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 bananas – baked at 200°C for 15 mins
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup walnuts (or any other nuts)
1 banana for decorating (optional)

Baking in an Oven:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes.

Baking in Convection:
Bake in a preheated convection microwave oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

Baking on Stove:
1. Fill a kadhai with salt
2. Place a wire rack.
3. Close the lid and Pre-heat the Kadhai for 10 minutes on low-medium heat.
4. After 10 minutes, take the lid off and place the cake on the wire rack.
5. Cook on low-medium heat for 50 minutes.
