Washed and Chopped

chopped
हरी मिर्च, एक
कटा हुआ
Chilli flakes
half tsp
चिल्ली फ्लैक्स
आधा चम्मच
Cumin seeds
1 tsp
जीरा 1 चम्मच
Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 चम्मच
Chaat masala
1 tsp
चाट मसाला
1 चम्मच
Coriander leaves
chopped
धनिये के पत्ते
कटा हुआ
Mix well
Gram flour
1 Cup
बेसन 1 कप
Rice flour
2-3 tbsp
चावल का आटा
2-3 बड़े चम्मच
Mix well
Add Water as needed
Salt as per taste
नमक स्वादानुसार
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
बेकिंग सोडा
1/4 छोटा चम्मच
Mix well
Batter is ready
Oil, 1 tsp
तेल, 1 छोटा चम्मच
Spread or brush oil
2 ladle of batter
Spread evenly
Cover n Cook for
2-3 minutes on medium flame
1 tsp Oil
1 छोटा चम्मच तेल
Flip n Cook other side
It’s ready
