Oil/ghee – 1 tbsp
Mustard and urad dal – ½ tsp
Cumin(jeera) – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chana dal(kadalai paruppu) – 1 tbsp (optional)
Cashew nut – 1 tbsp (optional)
Curry leaves – 6 nos
Cilantro(chopped) – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
