Oats Dosa/Oats chilla is Healthy breakfast recipe made very quickly during busy mornings. This can also make good and filling evening snack with a scoop of spicy chutney.
this recipe is a good alternative from the traditional dosa recipes.
Ingredients :-
1 cup oats or 70 grams
1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup rava
¼ cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1tbsp Red chilli powder
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
(cilantro leaves)
1tbsp dry mango powder
1tbsp teaspoon turmeric powder
5 cup water or add as required
1/4 capsicum
1/4 Carrot
salt as required
Ghee as required
