Cream Cheese Chili:
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 can of rotel
1 package of ranch dressing mix
1 package of Neufchatel cheese
1 pound of lean ground beef
Start by browning up your ground beef and draining and rinsing your black beans. Once your ground beef is browned, add the rest of your ingredients, making sure you dice up your Neufchatel cheese and add that to the top. Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
