Looking for something quick and easy to throw together for dinner family friendly and healthy I got you and to top it off it’s comfort food in a bowl did I mention it’s essentially only five ingredients and you probably already have most of them in your cupboard and pantry and refrigerator

slow cooker chicken pot pie soup
makes 4 servings

3 chicken breasts fillets
1 envelope dry chicken gravy mix
12 oz Frozen mixed vegetables
1 sweet onion diced
1 family size can about 3 cups a healthy or fat free version of cream of chicken soup

optional or to taste
garlic powder, salt, and pepper

add the chicken breast to the bottom of the slow cooker use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup add gravy mix on top of chicken then add the vegetables and cream of chicken soup on top put the lid on and cook on high for about three and a half hours to 4 hours check it at 3 1/2 hours take the chicken out and shred it and the chicken back to the pot mix all the ingredients well and serve with dinner rolls or toasted bread enjoy

this dinner for me personally is four points per serving I enjoyed mine with two slices of Aunt Millie’s live carb smart bread which is two points and 1 tsp of country Crock light butter spread for an additional one point thanks for watching hope everyone enjoys
