INGREDIENTS :
1. Instant Oats – 1 Cup
2. Sooji/Semolina – 2 tbsp
3. Besan/Gram flour – 2 tbsp
4. Onion Medium (Chopped) – 1
5. Carrot Small (Chopped) – 1
6. Capsicum Medium (Chopped) – 1
7. Tomato Medium (Chopped) – 1
8. Green Chillies (Chopped) – 3
9. Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
10. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
11. Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
12. Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
13. Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
14. Salt – to taste
15. Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
16. Water – 1 Cup
17. Refined oil/Ghee – for cooking
18. Curd for serving – as required
