Written recipe:
1. Soak 1 cup of kala chana overnight.
2. In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of soaked kala chana, 1 cup of water and pressure cook it until 1 whistle.
3. After 1 whistle, low the flame and cook for 15 minutes.
4.Turn off the gas and let it release the pressure by itself.

Masala Chana
1. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of desi ghee.
2. On low flame, add 1 Tsp of cumen/jeera, 3/4 tsp haldi (turmeric), 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 Tsp of coriander powder, salt as required and stir.
3. Add 3-4 tsp of water and mix well.
4. Add boiled kala chana and sprinkle kasoori methi.
5. Mix well and allow it to cool.

SALAD:
1. In a bowl, add prepared masala chana, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, mint/coriander/cilantro, lemon juice, 1 tsp of chat masala and mix well.
2. Garnish with cilantro.
