In today;s video, you will learn how to make healthy delicious protein Salad. Made with sprouted legumes, Paneer and Peanuts , this healthy Protein salad is easy to put together, very filling and nutritious. Serve it at breakfast, carry in lunch box or have it after a gym or workout session.
Ingredients for Protein Salad
1 cup sprouted Green Moong Beans / Sabut Ankurit Moong
1 cup sprouted Chickpeas / Kala Chana
100 grams Paneer / Indian Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup roasted Peanuts
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
Small bunch of fresh coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Rock Salt
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
